Terms and Conditions
Refundable damage deposit is required.
Strictly non-smoking inside the cottage. Smoking is only permitted outside provided that ashtrays are used
If cigarette butts are found on the grounds, the damage deposit will be forfeited
Fires are prohibited during fire bans. Fires must be kept within the firepit area only
No Parties, Stags or Stagettes
Mature Family Rentals Only
Quiet Time is Between 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
No Tents or Recreational Vehicles. Maximum of 10 people per stay. The cottage is on a septic system, so If there are additional guests exceeding 10 persons, the damage deposit will be forfeit, as the septic system can not keep up.
All garbage must be removed by renters
Cancellation Policy
6o Days prior to arriving during peak season
30 Days prior to arriving during off peak season
COVID Protocol
All rental time will have a minimum of 2 days in between each rental group to facilitate thorough cleaning. Extra sanitation is done on all touch surfaces.
We ask that you refrain from leaving any towels or linens that belong to the cottage in the washer or dryer.
Directions From Vancouver
Follow Hwy 1 East past Hope until you get to the turnoff for the Hope/Princeton Hwy. Take Hwy 3 the Hope/Princeton Hwy East all the way to Princeton
Direction From Princeton
Drive down Princeton's main street (Bridge Street). Stay on the main street through town and cross the river on the old wooden one-way bridge. Turn sharp left, follow the signs to Tulameen. At Tulameen, stay on the main road going North through town along the West side of the lake. About one and half Kilometer past Tulameen turn left onto Otter Lake Place.
